One loss...

Last night Travis' all star team lost their first game. They play again on Thursday and hopefully, they will win or it's over. Trey has his first game on Thursday and Then again on Saturday. Last night it was at least cooler for the game. I guess that's relative in Texas as it was 88 and we thought it was cool. I saw the report for this week and it said low 90's yeah....

Still waiting on Travis' blood work and CT scan of his lungs. We should hear something today. Pray that the results are good and pray that now he is off of antibiotics that the cough doesn't return.

All Star Baseball

It's June at the Shoemake house and we are in the midst of all star baseball. Both boys made the all stars for Dallas Little league which is a great honor but with that comes lot's of practice. The boys have been practicing in the 100 degree heat every night. Tonight is Travis' first game and he is pumped. Trey doesn't play until Thursday but already is very excited. Will keep you posted as we begin this journey.

Beach

We just returned from the beach yesterday and Sunday we are headed to Colorado. One extreme to the other. Travis had a sinus infection to end the year and now is still sick. Nothing like driving in from vacation and heading straight to the doctor's office. More steroids, and antibiotics to finish off our week. Will post pictures of the beach soon.
